Veris Associates, Inc. is proud to announce the addition of two new members of the Strategic Management Team. This follows the April acquisition of Vis.align, Inc., a long-term Delaware Valley technical services firm. New to the team are Mr. J. Todd Stuchlik, Field Operations Director, and Ms. Susan Denchak, Senior Consultant and Practice Director. Mr. Stuchlik had been
with Vis.align since the days when it was called Forté Systems, Inc., and for the last five years served as the Operations Director. He joins the Veris team as “second in command” with a background in creating and implementing technical solutions from Service Desk implementation and improvement to technology rollouts to strategic planning and positioning for the future for enterprise infrastructures.
Ms. Denchak has extensive experience with applications integration, strategy and optimization in areas that include enterprise wide CRM, portals and data visualization. Her responsibilities include technical, financial and business operations management within the life science and professional services industries. Most recently, Ms. Denchak served as Vice President of Operations at Electronic Ink where she regularly engaged with Fortune 100 clients. Additionally, Ms. Denchak currently serves on the board of NWCT (Network of Women in Computer Technology) and actively participates in several other technology-focused organizations.
In her new role, Ms. Denchak will focus on expanding the service offerings of Veris Associates. "I am very excited to add Todd and Sue to my strategic management staff" says Deborah Moses-Elton, president and founder of Veris Associates. "They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that will help us continue to build our individual practices and allow for the creation of new practices in the future" commented Ms. Moses-Elton.
Veris Associates currently offers services in three key niche areas, including Governance and IT service Management, Technical Expertise and Training. “Even in technical offerings, we’re still in specific niches of Service Desk and technical upgrades. We’re a company comprised of niche service offerings,” stated Stuchlik.
